We are investigating reports of slow and failing PDF report generation.
The issue is identified as saturation of the report rendering workers.
Additional worker capacity deployed; report times are recovering.
Report generation is fully operational. Root cause: a stuck render queue.
Planned PostgreSQL maintenance and minor-version upgrade. Brief read-only periods are possible.
